Job Location: LSB-Bloomington - Bloomington, IL 61701
Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

This position is accountable for the safe and efficient receiving, unloading and storage of all products, including adherence to first-in, first-out inventory methods, to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness. This position is a trainee position, designed to lead to employment opportunities, depending upon skills, abilities, and work habits.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement approved Company programs and policies
- Safely execute accurate unloading, rotation and storage of all products on a timely manner
- Assist with completing the loading of each truck’s refrigerated items (such as kegs)
- Learn to read and use the product coding for product freshness
- Assist others on the warehouse team in moving product as necessary
- Work closely with entire warehouse team to learn the skills and work habits needed to be successful • Practice safe lifting and pulling techniques
- Participate in cleaning and organizing the warehouse each night

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma/GED
