At Brighton/Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. We are proud to be a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice. If you have a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families, we would like to hear from you!
Brighton-Suncrest is undertaking a revenue-cycle management (RCM) transformation to capture a multi-million-dollar EBITDA opportunity identified in an external assessment — improving clean-claims rate, reducing aged A/R, and standardizing billing operations across hospice and home health. The program includes selecting and implementing an RCM platform, integrating it with MatrixCare and clearinghouses, and re-training billing and intake staff on new workflows.
The RCM IT Analyst is the technical backbone of the implementation — owning system configuration, integrations, data mapping, and testing between the RCM platform, MatrixCare, and clearinghouses. This role turns operational requirements into working, validated system behavior and supports the team through go-live and stabilization.
This position will be housed out of our Sandy, Utah Corporate office.
• Systems or IT business analyst experience, ideally supporting billing, RCM, or EMR platforms.
• SQL and data mapping experience, including validating data as it moves between systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing workflows, including claims, denials, eligibility, and clearinghouse submission.
• Experience in requirements gathering, test design, and defect management.
• Required: familiarity with MatrixCare, Waystar, FinThrive, or comparable EMR/RCM/clearinghouse tools.
• Preferred: familiarity with hospice and home health billing (NOE, UB-04, DDE, certification periods).

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care and customer service to our patients, their families and our referring sources. We believe that exceptional clinical care must include clear communication, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a dedication to deliver services with passion and integrity.
We are committed to maintaining a team comprised of the most talented and compassionate professionals in the industry. As our greatest asset, our team supports each other, takes complete ownership of their duties, and continually seeks to enhance their education and personal character.
Suncrest will reach its goals under the direction of leaders who seek to serve, an office staff that supports, and a philosophy that growth is only achieved through the greatest efforts of the entire team.
