Job Description

Job Objective:The HR Associate role provides support in sourcing and recruitment of relievers, event Nurses, or any short-term related manpower need RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.
2. Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to CMT, AMT and/or Client POC as needed.
3. Coordinate with the Workforce team for Roosted Account creation and plotting, as well as for Reliever Timekeeping.
4. Coordinate with Payroll for any concerns regarding reliever payout.
5. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in US tracker/s.

Background and Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of a 4 year course, preferably with background in Human Resource Management.
2. Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
3. Must be willing to work on site (Williams Center Building, Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City).
4. Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
