HRW Companies is looking for a compassionate and responsible Administrator to organize our facility's day-to-day operations. Our organization is family-owned and proud to carry on a legacy of caring for people. HRW Companies provides a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness. We are inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. Your job will be to lead a team of department managers and employees and oversee all the operations and daily activities. The administrator must be highly organized and able to adapt each day to the needs of the facility, staff, residents, and families. Furthermore, as the top position in the facility, the Administrator must always be available by phone.

• Ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• RCF/AL Administrator License or LPN preferred, but not required
• Level 1 Med Aide or CNA experience
• Health care experience including management responsibility and supervision of staff
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent history of regulatory compliance

Hours:

Monday - Friday

8am - 4:30pm

Hours may vary depending on the need of the facility
