The Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track? We're looking for an RCC Administrator to join our Regional Customer Centre, providing vital administrative support to our Asphalt business stream.

You'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring our customers, commercial teams, and operational colleagues receive the highest level of support. As an RCC Administrator, you'll deliver professional, customer-focused administration while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Asphalt business. Based at our Frome site (with an exciting move to our new Shepton Mallet location on the horizon), you'll work closely with colleagues across the Regional Customer Centre network and report directly to the Customer Fulfilment Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing seamless post-sales administrative support to customers and internal teams.

  • Processing financial and commercial transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Supporting the Asphalt commercial and operational teams with day-to-day administration.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date.

  • Assisting with reporting, documentation, and general office administration.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the RCC to deliver an excellent customer experience.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
