Resident Care and Med Techs hiring for 3rd Shift

Full-time & Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Monitor and record residents’ health status, vital signs, and medication administration as directed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs and provide compassionate support
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Be flexible and willing to work weekends and additional shifts as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a CNA or Med Tech license (as applicable)
• Prior experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
• Basic knowledge of healthcare safety standards and procedures
