Your new role

As a Rayon Manager, you'll take ownership of your territory across Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Venlo and Roermond, building strong customer relationships and ensuring our innovative products reach patients living with serious chronic diseases. You'll be at the frontline of our mission, translating strategy into action and making a tangible difference in your assigned geographic area.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and diagnosing your territory to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies that drive growth
  • Creating and executing comprehensive territory plans that ensure our products reach the right customers at the right time
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with up-to-date information on our products, devices and indications
  • Conducting customer contacts and ensuring accurate registration in IO Engage to maintain visibility and follow-up
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR to maximise the impact of Novo Nordisk products
  • Organising and leading educational customer events that add value and strengthen partnerships
  • Working in accordance with Business Ethics procedures, local law, the Novo Nordisk Way and all quality standards and guidelines

Our Secondary Care (2nd Line) team focuses on supporting healthcare professionals in hospital and specialized outpatient settings in the implementation of obesity care. We work closely with medical specialists, nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to help integrate pharmacological treatment into existing care pathways in a responsible and sustainable way. The team operates with a strong customer-centric mindset, combining scientific expertise with a deep understanding of local and regional healthcare structures. By mapping key stakeholders, aligning on clinical guidelines and supporting local protocols, we aim to enable high-quality obesity care that fits the needs of both healthcare professionals and patients. In close collaboration with Medical, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, the 2nd Line team ensures consistent, compliant and evidence-based communication, while actively contributing to the successful launch and adoption of innovative treatment options in secondary care.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a Rayon Manager who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment and is driven by making a real difference. You'll bring with you:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving results (pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals in hospital and specialized settings
  • Personal leadership and the ability to work independently while being an effective team player
  • Business and industry understanding that enables you to translate market insights into actionable territory strategies
  • Excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and compellingly
  • A results-driven approach with focus on what matters and the ability to make things happen
  • Fluency in Dutch and English to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
