We are seeking an experienced and motivated QC professional to join our Quality Control team as a Raw Materials Senior Analyst. This key role is supporting the release of raw materials and the smooth operation of a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise, people leadership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety. You will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, driving process improvements, and helping shape the future direction of the QC Materials function.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate raw material testing, qualification, and release activities to support manufacturing schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all laboratory activities are performed in compliance with GMP, GLP, pharmacopoeial requirements, and company quality standards.
• Drive investigations, deviations, audit actions, supplier complaints, and quality events to successful and timely resolution.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Validation, and global stakeholders to resolve material-related issues and support business continuity.
• Monitor laboratory performance through KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as deputy to the QC Group Leader, providing technical guidance, supporting team development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence while supporting training, recruitment, and succession planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similar quality-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, analytical testing, quality systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting investigations, deviations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of SAP, TrackWise, or similar quality and business systems would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
