We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated Raw Materials responsible specialist to ensure the consistent supply of the production lines and the safe and efficient operation of the Materials Department. As speeds and capacity increase, this role will alleviate bottlenecks, stabilize productivity and strengthen our safety and 5S standards

Location: Maritsa Plant, Mednikarovo, Municipality of Galabovo, Stara Zagora District

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Supervision of unloading, storage, preparation, organization and replenishment of stocks of all additives and raw materials;

• Keeping production lines continuously supplied with the correct materials, in the right quantities and sequence;

• Inspecting incoming raw material shipments to ensure they meet purchase orders and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) specifications;

• Collaborating with Quality Control (Laboratory) to submit samples for testing, track testing status, and review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs);

• Performing regular inventories and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), including cycle counts and variance reconciliation;

• Maintaining accurate stock records in ERP(such as SAP), and preparation for audits;

• Managing quarantine, approved, and rejected material segregation, initiate deviation reports when necessary;

• Monitoring stock levels and trigger replenishment requests while ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize expiry risks;

• Participating in supplier audits and material return processes in collaboration with Procurement and QA teams.

• Own 5S in the raw materials/additives area: define standards, sustain orderliness, run audits, and drive continuous improvement;

• Acting as an extra HSE control, especially during interactions with external partners/drivers: verify PPE and site rules, support safe traffic and unloading, conduct spot checks, escalate hazards;

• Coordinating with Production, Planning responsible, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement for material availability, quality issues, and delivery timing;

• Identify and address supply risks and bottlenecks; propose corrective actions;

• Drive FIFO, traceability, and proper labeling to meet quality and compliance requirements.

What we’d love for you to have:

• University technical degree or secondary education with a specialization in engineering/technology;

• Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations (supplying production lines preferred);

• Hands-on inventory experience (cycle counts, reconciliations, stock accuracy);

• Strong safety mindset; familiarity with HSE practices in industrial environments;

• Knowledge of 5S and Lean fundamentals; able to set and sustain standards;

• Comfortable using ERP (SAP) and basic Excel for reporting;

• Valid forklift license and proven safe driving record (if not, must be obtained);

• Excellent Bulgarian language and fluent English (written and spoken);

• Very good communication skills; able to work with internal teams and external drivers;

• Ability to lift/move materials and work on the shop floor; standing/walking for extended periods;

• Reliability, attention to detail, and pro-active with a problem-solving attitude.
