The facility houses virtually all resources for product realization, including engineering, supply chain, parts fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly, and testing. Fabrication capabilities include laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, CNC punching, and automated bending and forming. The company also utilizes specialized processes, such as MIG and TIG welding, friction welding, silver and tin electroplating, and silver brazing.

They ensure that raw materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed to meet production schedules. This role involves utilizing forklifts and other equipment to safely transport materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular cycle counts.

- - - Your Responsibilities

- - - - Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming deliveries, ensuring materials meet quality and quantity standards.
- - - - Unloads freight using forklifts, cranes, and other equipment; moves materials between loading docks, trucks, storage areas, and production zones.
- - - - Stores materials in designated locations.
- - - - Operates 4-D Reach Truck, overhead cranes, along with other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- - - - Maintains accurate records of inventory movement, stock counts, and order fulfillment in inventory systems.
- - - - Stages, sorts, and prepares materials for internal use.
- - - - Collaborates with production teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow to meet manufacturing needs.
- - - - Assist with other related tasks as required to meet business needs.

- - - - High school diploma or GED required
- - - - 1+ years of experience operating fork trucks or material‑handling equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
- - - - Ability to obtain forktruck certification.
- - - - Ability to safely operate 4-D Reach Trucks and other material‑handling equipment in a fast‑paced production setting.
- - - - Ability to read and follow work orders, routing information, and production schedules.
- - - - Basic computer or mobile device skills for responding to shop floor pickup requests and system updates.
- - - - Ability to communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and department leadership.
- - - - Commitment to following all safety rules, OSHA standards, and company policies.

- - - - Medium work.  Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 25lbs. of force frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects that are 10lbs.
