We are looking for

Raw Material Planning Engineer

at one of our locations in

One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Pune Lonikand)


Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

  • Orders Raw Material to ensure coverage of the production program with material

  • Hands-on experience in Domestic and Import raw material planning.

  • Monitors, controls and is responsible for sufficient inventory of Raw materials.

  • Minimizes the stock level of Raw material to achieve the Plant Inventory KPI target for RM material

  • Plans deliveries of Raw material. Controls the receipt of material (delivery notes), guarantees timely delivery of raw material.

  • Responsible for the target level of raw material stocks according to set goals and implement measures to reduce stock and total logistics costs

  • Prepares monthly reports according to the instructions of TL material planning, or Logistics Manager

  • Responsible for setting parameters in the SAP system that are within the competence of Logistics. knowledge of MRP, scheduling agreements.

  • Cooperates in the execution of physical inventories, is a member of the inventory committee

  • Ensures external logistics communication with suppliers on a daily basis

  • Participates in the Engineering Change Request process and is responsible for correct information on the stock status of the changed material

  • Archives supporting documents of deliveries of raw material

Requirements

Experience as a Raw Material Planner role in the field of SCM or Purchase department in the Automotive manufacturing industries.

Experience in Wiring Harness industries will be preferred.

Specialized knowledge /education:

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) or Diploma in Engineering.
