Main responsibilities:

• Supporting event management
• Performing administrative tasks
• Managing regulatory documentation
• Maintaining contact with partners

About you

Experience

• Active university student status
• Minimum 25 hours of work per week

Soft and technical skills

• Native Hungarian and intermediate level English language skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• Proactive attitude and precision
• Database management, MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Event or travel organization experience
• Digital interest and proficiency in AI usage
