Provide expert guidance, ensure compliance, and support strategy execution in Rare Diseases Medical Affairs, as well as drive change by championing innovation, fostering a culture of improvement, and facilitating the adoption of new practices. Involve training, research, and collaborating on multi-country or local-level projects.
Typical Accountabilities
• Serve as a country or regional expert by offering senior-level technical support and specialized knowledge to the Medical Affairs team and project stakeholders to drive change by leading transformative initiatives and ensuring best practices across the organization.
• Deliver training sessions and disseminate best practices to foster the growth and skill enhancement of junior team members.
• Contribute to the creation, refinement, and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure full regulatory compliance with both company guidelines and external legal frameworks.
• Collaborate actively with senior colleagues in the Medical Affairs team to plan and execute strategic projects aligned with the organization's priorities.
• Lead focused research initiatives and compile detailed internal reports, providing valuable insights during key stakeholder meetings.
• Stay current with industry advancements and continuously promote the adoption of modern best practices within the team to maintain operational excellence.
