Your new role
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in bringing innovative rare disease treatments to patients in Chile while managing institutional marketing initiatives that drive impact in the public health system. You'll own the full promotional materials lifecycle—from concept to execution—and coordinate strategic events that advance patient access to transformative therapies.
In this dynamic role, your day-to-day will include:
Leading rare disease product launches – preparing launch materials, presentations, promotional content, and supporting key launch events that bring new treatment options to patients with rare conditions
Managing institutional marketing initiatives – coordinating events, driving promotion within the public health system, and building strategic relationships with institutional stakeholders
Owning the promotional materials process – developing, coordinating and executing offline and online marketing materials across multiple channels (print, digital, website) while ensuring regulatory compliance
Serving as the primary contact for strategic marketing vendors and agencies, managing relationships and ensuring quality deliverables
Collaborating cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
Developing and testing promotional messages – conducting market research, designing storytelling for sales force execution, and optimizing content per healthcare professional segments
Coordinating logistics – managing distribution of printed materials with sales force and logistics operators, and planning digital material distribution
Your new department
In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness.
You'll join the Rare Disease and Institutional marketing team in Chile, where you'll shape marketing strategies for underserved disease areas and the public health system. This role offers direct impact on patient access as we launch innovative treatments.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an emerging marketing professional eager to develop their pharmaceutical marketing career. You'll bring:
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry with understanding of regulatory requirements and public healthcare environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or Marketing (mandatory)
Advanced English proficiency – both written and spoken (mandatory)
Pharmaceutical knowledge – understanding of pharma regulations, public health systems, and ideally familiarity with diabetes, obesity, or rare disease areas.
Key competencies – autonomy and problem-solving, proactive project management, creative thinking, collaborative teamwork, and strong stakeholder relationship-building skills with an action-oriented approach
