ValidaTek is searching for a Rapid Response Team Lead to oversee the integrity, security, and efficiency of the network framework that supports a large DoD IT infrastructure program providing a common view for all enterprise-wide users. This will entail ensuring the framework meets all required engineering and security requirements and safeguards the system from all intrusions.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Rapid Response Team Lead will:

  • Lead the Rapid Response Team in response to cybersecurity breaches, focusing on assessing and mitigating the impact of issues and afterwards analyzing root causes to prevent further breaches.
  • Plan and test the necessary processes and procedures to ensure effective monitoring of the network and prevention of breaches before they occur.
  • Communicate plans and responses to incidents to customer leadership, providing them confidence that cybersecurity is of utmost importance and focus.
  • Communicate with and training all stakeholders and end users in the importance of awareness and prevention of incidents before they happen.
  • Ensure updated documentation on rapid response protocols and procedures are maintained and accessible to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage and lead the Rapid Response Team focused on incentivizing strong performance from team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field is required
  • 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager in a DoD IT environment
  • Active TS/SCI clearance - required
  • Active PMP certification - required
  • Proven self-management and team-management skills
  • Ability to monitor and control project budgets
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $95,577.60/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $159,296.00/Yr.

Salary Disclosure

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
