Position Highlights
The Range Professional will perform tasks related to research support in agriculture, ecology and natural resources, education, outreach, and development at the Santa Rita Experimental Range (SRER). The Range Professional will reside in University of Arizona-provided housing at the SRER, Florida Work Station headquarters, located in the foothills of the Santa Rita Mountains. As a condition of employment, it is mandatory for the employee to live in the University of Arizona- provided housing located on-site at the SRER headquarters.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed for events. Schedule adjustments may be made as appropriate to accommodate these responsibilities.
It is a requirement to reside onsite in order to provide day-to-day support and 24-hour emergency services as needed.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
