Trackman is continuing to grow as we develop and deliver market-leading sports tracking solutions. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Installer to join our Trackman Range team and help deliver high-quality installations across the EMEA region.
On-site Trackman Range Installations and Maintenance (Up to 75%)
Coordinate and execute on-site installation and maintenance of Trackman Range systems
Perform precise mapping of bays, targets, tees, and safety borders using a total station
Calibrate systems including tracking units, bay mapping, targets, and launch areas
Set up and configure Wi-Fi access points across the range
Install and configure Android touch screens
Perform QA on installations and maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and stability
Train customers on the use of core Trackman Range features
Planning & Preparation of Driving Range Installations (15-20%)
Prepare and configure new installation equipment prior to shipment to ensure site readiness
Prep and configure replacement equipment for shipment to support maintenance and issue resolution
Provide clear, timely feedback to the Installation Manager, including observations and insights to be shared with R&D
Provide clear, timely feedback to Project Managers to support effective planning and smooth execution
Admin Work (5–10%)
Book travel and accommodation in line with company guidelines and install schedules
Timely completion and submission of expense reports for on-site travel
What Are We Looking For?
Ability to travel internationally up to 75%, including potential night and weekend availability.
Possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving internationally.
Hands-on and confident working with tools and power tools in an installation environment.
Proven experience with project coordination and on-site installations.
Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Solid communication skills, both written and spoken English.
Basic experience with IT infrastructure, including network setup and Wi-Fi access points.
Passion, drive, strong work ethic, and ability to start without direct supervision.
