Performing RAMS analyses in line with applicable processes, instructions, and customer requirements
Delivering RAMS analyses compliant with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments
Addressing customer and independent party comments to secure approval of RAMS deliverables
Assessing the RAMS performance of products and defining necessary requirements to achieve targets
Applying Alstom’s engineering rules and processes to RAMS activities
Proactively analyzing RAMS data and results to enhance the accuracy and relevance of studies
Developing a strong technical understanding of Alstom products to assess safety performance and identify potential improvements
Reporting progress and escalating challenges when necessary

Degree in Rolling Stock Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Experience or understanding of RAMS analysis and demonstration methods

A strong sense of priorities and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling
Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
Contribute to innovative projects
Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
Progress towards roles such as Senior RAMS Engineer or other technical leadership positions
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
