Position Purpose
As our Visual Merchandising Lab Associate, you will support the Visual Merchandising team in the creative, documentation, and operational aspects of the Visual Lab Store, including building and maintaining floor sets, managing inventory, and supporting visual standards execution.
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make a Difference
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory control of the Visual Lab Store
• Build and execute floor sets using visual merchandising standards
• Lift, position, and organize products and fixtures for displays
• Create step-by-step documentation for store execution
• Capture and edit images for merchandising guides
• Create and run visual merchandising reports
• Research and support sourcing of fixtures and display materials
• Support visual merchandising standards and operational compliance
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of retail experience
Required Knowledge
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word
• Basic photography and office procedures
Skills & Abilities
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team environments

Work Environment
This position is based at store 528 in Sacramento, CA. Work is performed in office and retail environments with occasional travel. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
