🔧 What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

You will help rebuild homes, restore businesses, and bring peace back to families who need it most.

Your daily work may include:

• Carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, and finish work
  
  
• Light to moderate demolition
  
  
• Water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration tasks
  
  
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
  
  
• Reading blueprints, taking direction, and working independently
  
  
• Supporting superintendents, project managers, and fellow craftsmen
  
  
• Maintaining safe, clean, organized jobsites
  
  
• Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients can trust

🧱 Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints & follow direction
  
  
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
  
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/heights
  
  
• Valid driver’s license preferred
  
  
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a tribe that values YOU
