Railcar Loader / General Labor – Mulberry, FL (Bone Valley)
$20.00/hr | Swing Shift (Days/Nights Rotation)
Road & Rail Services is hiring Railcar Loaders in the Mulberry / Bone Valley area. This is a hands-on, physical role working in fertilizer operations where you'll help load product into railcars for shipment.
If you're comfortable working outdoors, okay with heights, and looking for steady, long-term work, this is a strong opportunity to learn a specialized skillset.
What You'll Do:
You'll be working at the final stage of the process-loading fertilizer into railcars and making sure everything is done safely and correctly.
• Work on elevated platforms above railcars during loading
• Monitor product flow, weight, and distribution
• Use remote equipment to help move railcars into position
• Perform quality checks to ensure clean and accurate loads
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection
What You Need:
We're looking for reliable people who show up and are ready to work.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
• Able to work a rotating swing shift (days and nights)
• Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or equipment operation is helpful
• Willing to work outdoors in an industrial environment
• Safety-focused and dependable
