The Role
We are hiring a Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift) to join our outdoor fertilizer loading operation in Mulberry.

A Day in the Life
As a Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift), each shift begins with a safety briefing. Safety is critical in regulated rail environments and is part of every task.
You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, climbing railcars, working at heights, lifting, and monitoring fertilizer flow during the loading process. The work is physical, detail-oriented, and team-based. This is not repetitive warehouse work. Each shift requires focus, communication, and accountability.
Work Schedule
This Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift) position follows a rotating 2-step swing schedule.
Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday
