The Role: Get the Freight Ready
As a Railcar Inspector/Prep Technician, you are the final line of defense. Your work ensures that every railcar leaving the facility is clean, safe, and ready for transport. This is an active, fast-paced outdoor role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and has a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Cleaning: Use backpack blowers and scraping tools to remove debris and contaminants from railcars.
• Safety Inspections: Inspect railcars for damage or fatigue and assist in the operation of railcar end doors.
• Maintenance Support: Identify necessary repairs and maintain accountability for all assigned equipment.
• Compliance: Follow all industry, customer, and company safety regulations to ensure a "zero-accident" environment.
