Join Our Team as a Finance Manager in our new Analytics and Insights Team

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Finance Manager to join our Product Supply team within our newly established analytics division in Barcelona/Madrid. This is an exciting and transformative opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial performance and championing cost efficiencies across our Product Supply Organization. The team will focus on standardizing reporting frameworks, establishing comprehensive and intuitive dashboards, and conducting sophisticated analytics related to NPC, COGS, Other KPIs from End-to-End perspective.

About the Role: As a Finance Manager, you will be a key strategic partner, providing financial insights and support to our teams (Finance and Product Supply) empowering business stakeholders across the Product Supply organization in various regions and sites. Your exceptional analytical acumen and strategic mindset will enable you to distil complex datasets into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Your recommendations will be instrumental in improving product profitability and divisional productivity through effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis, delivering timely, and reliable insights to both Site FBP's, the central PS Finance team and PS Leadership Team
• Design and implement advanced, user-friendly dashboards yielding critical insights into our PS steering relevant KPIs, that are intuitive, and easy to use
• Collaborate with the PS finance team, to streamline existing reports, bring them to the next level of insights generation, and enhance analytical capabilities
• Collaborate closely with the PBS team to ensure coherent adoption of predictions of cogs elements on both sides
• Develop and enforce robust controlling standards to ensure accuracy of financial reporting
• Conduct special and complex analyses on product costs, inventories, assets, and profitability to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support and complement plant operations, ensuring alignment with financial goals
• Maintain and ensure governance in master data

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, data science, system engineering or business intelligence, advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, production accounting
• Extensive expertise in Controlling, Power BI, Power Pivots, and SAP, with a strong ability to leverage technology for strategic advantage
• Highly analytical, curious, proactive and results-oriented
• Able to connect different data sources sensibly

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
