Job Description

大模型算法工程师（RAG方向）上海社招全职数字技术硕士及以上5-7 年职位描述1. RAG系统设计与优化：
- 负责构建和优化基于Retrieval-Augmented Generation（RAG）的问答、对话、智能助手等系统；
- 设计高效的检索+生成组合策略，提高响应质量、效率和稳定性；
- 调研和实现业界前沿的RAG技术，包括 multi-hop RAG、hybrid search、retriever-generator 对齐训练等。
2. 检索模块优化：
- 构建或优化文档索引体系，设计embedding空间、向量召回、多模态检索等模块；
- 评估并集成不同的Embedding模型（如BGE、GTE等）；
- 提升文档重排序、context selection、chunking策略的效果和效率。
3. 生成模块适配：
- 优化大语言模型（如LLM）的生成能力与检索模块的配合；
- 支持长上下文建模（如Retrieval Fusion、Long Context Window、Memory-Augmented Generation等）；
- 探索基于监督微调（SFT）、强化学习（RLHF）或Adapter的对齐方法。
4. 数据与评估体系建设：
- 构建RAG场景的数据集，包括文档库构建、query-log采集与清洗；
- 设计端到端的RAG评估指标与评测流程，包括准确性、覆盖率、召回率、对齐度等；
- 支持离线评估、在线A/B实验等验证方式。
5. 系统部署与优化协作：
- 与平台/系统/后端团队协作，支持RAG模型的工程化部署和推理优化；
- 支持多任务、多场景（如客服、销售、办公等）的适配和泛化。职位要求1. 扎实的算法与模型基础，硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业；
2. 具备大语言模型相关经验，熟悉Transformer、LLM、Prompt Engineering、Finetune等技术；
3. 熟悉向量检索与Embedding技术，有Milvus、FAISS、Elasticsearch等工具使用经验；
4. 熟练使用Python，熟悉PyTorch或TensorFlow，具有良好的工程能力；
5. 加分项：
- 有实际构建或优化RAG系统的项目经验；
- 熟悉跨模态RAG、多轮对话、领域知识注入等进阶RAG任务；
