We're looking for a driven, technically skilled Radon Mitigation Service Manager to own and elevate our mitigation division in Denver, Colorado.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Service Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of our radon mitigation services - from managing the field team to ensuring every project meets the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage a team of certified radon mitigation technicians
- Provide hands-on coaching and technical training to ensure consistent, high-quality installations
- Foster a team culture built on accountability, safety, and pride in craftsmanship
Operations & Project Management
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from scheduling and execution to quality review and completion
- Implement and enforce quality control protocols that guarantee effective, long-lasting mitigation systems
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial tracking
Compliance & Technical Oversight
- Stay current on Colorado radon mitigation regulations, EPA guidelines, and AARST-NRPP standards
- Ensure all projects fully comply with state and industry requirements
- Serve as the technical authority on mitigation system design, equipment selection, and installation best practices
Client Experience
- Engage directly with homeowners and real estate professionals to address inquiries and build trust
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on radon health risks and mitigation solutions
Required
- Active Colorado Radon Mitigation License (Radon Mitigation Specialist designation required)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. You know how to bring out the best in people
- Deep technical knowledge of radon mitigation systems, sub-slab depressurization, fan selection, and installation procedures
- Exceptional communication skills. Clear, confident, and professional with both clients and crew
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience managing client-facing operations in the home services, inspection, or environmental services industry
- Familiarity with AARST-NRPP standards, EPA mitigation guides, and Colorado-specific regulations
- Background in budget management and cost estimation for field service operations

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an active, field-forward role. You should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, climbing, crawling, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs. The role involves a mix of field site visits and office-based coordination. Outdoor work and in-home environments are part of the regular routine. Near and distance vision and clear verbal communication are essential.
