TheRadiologyTechnologistprovidesclinicaldiagnostic imagingservices, support, navigation & / or solutionsaligned with the total peri-operative processin accordance withlevel of experience, education,policies / procedures / protocolsstandards& established criteria

Tech SupportIII – skilledLicensedrole (directhealthcare)thatplans, organizes &prioritizes workflowdiagnosticimaging processes& procedures;Ensuressafe,efficient & effectivecondition /use of imaging equipment;Providesimagingservicesto patientsasdirected bythe Director of Nursing / Medical Director /attending physician practitioner; Explains procedure to patient, answers questions & obtainsconsent prior toinitiation;Applies age-specificcare practices;Ensures&orassistsdocumentation&detailsrecordsarekept;Performs essential duties& techniquesappropriate to rolefunction procedure;Participates in quality improvement processes;May serve as a resource (lead), role model &or mentor.

Minimum Qualifications

HighSchool diploma or GED;Graduate of anapproved / accredited School of Radiology Technology;CurrentRadiographerLicensein the state ofpracticeassignment;At leastone(1)yearradiology technician; Experiencewith C-arm & portable x-ray equipment
