What You'll Do

Under the supervision of a physician or licensed provider, Radiology Technologist II performs diagnostic imaging procedures across various care settings. This role includes advanced responsibilities beyond those of Radiology Technologist I, such as mentoring, quality control, and supporting departmental operations and education. Technologists ensure image quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while contributing to team-based care.

Requirements

  • Certified and registered in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA) or obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • If applicablet to the role, must obtain additional certifications or licensure (e.g., Kansas Radiologic Technologist license, credentialed Medical Assistant Certification) within designated timeframes.
