Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to join the evening shift team at Providence Health & Services – Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, Oregon In this role, you'll perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures while utilizing advanced imaging technology to help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients. This full-time evening position offers a competitive salary of $77,000 – $119,000 annually, along with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates. Required Qualifications

• 
  Education that meets certification, licensure, or registration requirements for Radiologic Technology.
• 
  Active Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire.
• 
  Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• 
  American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification within 180 days of hire.
• 
  New graduates must possess an Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Temporary License and obtain a permanent Oregon Radiographer License within 180 days of hire.
• 
  Strong understanding of radiographic imaging procedures, radiation safety, and patient positioning techniques.
• 
  Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in a hospital, emergency department, or outpatient diagnostic imaging setting.
• 
  Experience using digital radiography systems, PACS, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• 
  Strong knowledge of imaging quality assurance and radiation protection standards.
• 
  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• 
  Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
