Schedule:16 Hours, Nights, Weekends Required, Part-Time, Non-Benefit Eligible

The Radiology Technologist will perform radiography & angiography procedures under the supervision of the Modality Supervisory Technologist and Modality Medical Director. The Radiology Technologist will:

  • Perform all technical procedures within the respective modality sections as described in the Radiology Policy Manual.

  • Meet the technical competency requirements for the position.

  • Maintain an effective working relationship with all staff.

  • Participate in professional education programs, patient/staff safety initiatives, and quality assurance/ improvement activities. 

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Documented training and experience in radiography

  • Current BLS certification

  • Current Massachusetts DPH Radiologic Technologist Radiography (Full/General) license or ability to obtain registered certification within 12 months of hire and prior to the expiration of a temporary license

  • Current ARRT registered certification in Radiography with RT(R) designation or eligible for ARRT certification upon graduation

  • Imaging acquisition, processing, reviewing, sending, and retrieving equipment (hardware and software); Hospital information system equipment (hardware and software); Communication equipment (e.g., fax, telephone, email, etc.)

  • Ability to use computers

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English

  • Ability to hear and respond to staff and patient needs

  • Ability to physically position patients

  • Ability to manipulate imaging equipment

Compensation Range:

$30.50- $45.33

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
