Radiology Administration Assistant
Location: Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth
Hours: Full time, 37.5 weekly hours
Salary: £24,944.00
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Radiology team at Rivers Hospital.
You will be part of a close-knit, innovative Radiology team delivering an exceptional diagnostic imaging service. At the heart of patient care, you’ll build relationships with all the hospital’s key departments, and our consultants across many specialisms. Whilst providing excellent customer service, you’ll also track, process and manage patient records, perform audits and assist in booking in patients. You will also liaise closely with our consultants, private patient teams, outpatient team members and more; but at its heart, this role is about playing a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of our patients.
What you will bring:
Experience in a front facing or customer service role
Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
Positive, willing attitude
Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system (desired not required)
