As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech), you’ll perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and play a vital role in providing safe, accurate imaging services that assist with diagnosis and treatment. Location: Logan Health Medical Center – Kalispell, Montana
Schedule: Variable Shift | PRN status
What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostic imaging exams following department protocols and ALARA principles.
Assess and support patients physically and emotionally before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Collaborate with providers and radiology team members to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
Assist with exam preparation, venipuncture (as applicable), and post-procedure instructions.
Ensure timely documentation, image quality assurance, and protocol compliance.
Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe imaging environment.
What You’ll Need:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required)
ARRT Certification in Radiology (required)
Montana State Radiologic Technologist License (required)
Current BLS CPR certification (RQI Responder) (required).
Knowledge of radiology protocols, equipment, and patient prep techniques.
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
