Job Description

Performs interpretive, patient care, and technical functions to insure proper radiologic diagnosis of patients.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved two or four ‑year program

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Clinical program completion

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Must possess or be eligible for a KY state license

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

n Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately

n Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of individuals

n Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred

n Basic computer knowledge is preferred

n Ability to move or lift patients and equipment

n Ability to work independently within general guidelines

n Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written

n Required to comply with OSHA regulations for the N95 respirator training and fit testing
