Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining & Tracking equipment on site: Testing, inspecting and cleaning equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues that arrive on site.
• Technical Support: Provide on call support for network outages and equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime for communication systems. Ability to comprehend and understand handheld devices with some mechanical abilities.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities, as well as monitor the site for any problems. Must be able to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Attend & Participate in all training and site contractor meetings. As well as work safely and follow all company and site safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in maintaining and tracking inventory.
• Technical Skills: Able to navigate excel sheets, word and emails. Clear communication skills with customer and office personal. Bilingual preferred.
• TWIC & Valid DL
• Must pass a comprehensive drug and background check.
• Ability to lift 25lbs and to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Work Week: Must be able to work a normal 40 hour week with some opportunities for overtime. Will need to be able to come in during off hours at times.
