Job Summary: The Radio Digital Sales Manager is responsible for driving digital sales efforts for our radio broadcasting division. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to maximize digital advertising revenue, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective digital advertising solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the radio division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital advertising.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital advertising solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Director of Digital Sales.
Stay current with industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and competitor activities.
Provide training and support to sales staff on digital advertising products and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Track remnant revenue from multiple ad server companies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including driving an automobile for company business.
Job Schedule: This is a full-time position primarily working 40 hours per week. You may also be called upon at times to fill in other hours and days of the week to help cover vacations, illnesses, breaking news, severe weather, or special projects/events. This position is not eligible to work remotely.

Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Broadcast, or related field required. Related experience will be evaluated and may be substituted as years of education.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital advertising products, platforms, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. DSP and Google experience preferred. Ability to learn new systems.
Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and have a driving record acceptable to the company.
Ability to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
