SGMF-Sutter Gould Med FoundationIn this role, you will provide routine and specialized radiation treatments with a deep commitment to caring for patients and supporting them throughout their treatment journey. You will work closely with physicians and your care team to deliver treatment plans safely, accurately, and on time, while exercising sound clinical judgment and attention to detail.
You will build trust and ease anxiety for patients and their families through compassionate assessment, attentive monitoring, and clear, empathetic communication. As a valued member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a positive and supportive work environment where patient safety, dignity, and teamwork come first.
You are expected to follow all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as departmental policies and procedures, to ensure privacy, safety, and the highest quality of patient care. You may also have opportunities to support your teammates by performing specialized procedures and helping orient or mentor new staff within the department.

Pay Range is $65.47 to $85.11 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
