Job Title: Radiation Therapist

Location: Nampa, Idaho 83687 — On-site

Pay: $59.62 per hour

Type: Contract | On-site

Department: Radiation Oncology

Shift: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, 5 Days/8 Hours, 40 Hours per week

Note: Non-local candidates only. Candidate must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.

We are seeking a licensed Radiation Therapist to deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients in a clinical oncology setting. The Radiation Therapist will work closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nursing staff to ensure accurate, safe, and compassionate delivery of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans
• Position patients accurately and safely using imaging and treatment equipment
• Operate linear accelerators and related radiation therapy equipment
• Monitor patients during treatment and report any changes in condition to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and expectations
• Ensure radiation safety protocols and quality assurance procedures are followed

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (T)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience preferred
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered
