REQUIRED PROCEDURES SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licenses: Active KY License required
• DEA: Active DEA certification required
• Certifications: BLS (Preferred), ACLS (Nice to Have), PALS (Nice to Have), NRP (Nice to Have)
• Experience: Residency/Fellowship required
• Other Qualifications: Clean background/malpractice required; must be available for listed dates

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee treatments
• Perform new consults
• Conduct follow-ups
• Develop treatment plans (including SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS)
• Participate in tumor conferences
