Compensation & Benefits
A competitive employed compensation package is offered and will include:
1-year Guaranteed Base Salary: $700,000
Productivity-based bonus opportunity
Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with a 5-year contract or $75,000 with a 3-year contract
Student Loan Assistance: $75,000
Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months
Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:

401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer contributions
5 CME days + $3,500 annual CME allowance
5 weeks of PTO plus 6 paid holidays
