DESE Research, Inc. is seeking a talented, motivated, and enthusiastic Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to join a well-established team in an AVMC lab that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems. This role focuses on analysis tool design and development, complex analysis of radar system and algorithm performance, and technical support across a broad range of missile defense radar efforts. The candidate will work as part of a well-established team supporting the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems. The role includes analysis tool design and development and complex analysis of radar system and/or algorithm performance. The candidate will provide expertise on critical radar functions, investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
The candidate will also support projects involving performance analysis, modeling and simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts. The role requires interaction with external customers and stakeholders within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), program offices, and radar development prime contractors.
