Job Description

Radar System Design & Development

  • Design radar architectures for UAV detection, tracking, and classification.
  • Develop algorithms for signal processing, Doppler analysis, and clutter suppression.

Integration & Implementation

  • Integrate radar sensors with counter-drone platforms and multi-layered defense systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless system deployment.

Testing & Validation

  • Conduct lab and field testing to validate radar performance under real-world conditions.
  • Perform calibration and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Performance Optimization

  • Use simulation tools and mathematical models to enhance radar detection range and accuracy.
  • Implement improvements for low-RCS (Radar Cross Section) target detection.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure systems meet defense and aviation standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and compliance certifications.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging radar technologies and counter-UAV strategies.
  • Contribute to R&D for advanced radar solutions, including AI-based threat classification.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (RF engineers, EW specialists, software developers).
  • Provide technical support during deployment and operational phases.

B.Tech (Electronics) & Min 4-5 years relevant experience
