As a cardiac Cath lab radiology technologist or Cath lab tech, duties are to prep and monitor a patient during cardiovascular imaging and invasive heart procedures. This procedure can be an angioplasty, an electrophysiology procedure, or involve hemodynamic monitoring.

Position Duties not all inclusive:

• Perform a wide variety of quality diagnostic radiographic examinations
• Assist in the performance of procedures
• Ensures accurate documentation
• Effectively communications with team

Qualifications

• Registered Technologist for Radiography issues by ARRT (required)
• ACLS within 6 months of hire date (required)
• Registered/Licensed through State of Texas for Radiologic Tech (required)
• AHA BLS within 30 days of hire (required)
