Production Racker / Un-Racker

Are you dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work with a team? We’re looking for a Production Racker / Un-Racker to prepare, handle, inspect, and package customer parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys staying active, and understands that every part matters.

What You’ll Do

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work-order instructions
• Handle customer products and tooling carefully to prevent damage
• Visually inspect parts before racking and report any quality concerns
• Record required racking and un-racking information accurately
• Monitor equipment to ensure it is operating and calibrated properly
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures when working around chemicals and hazardous materials
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate questions or concerns to the Team Leader or Supervisor
• Assist with other production duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to distinguish differences in color
• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• A dependable, safety-first approach to work
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

What to Expect

This position works in an active manufacturing environment that may include:

• Sharp parts and tooling
• Heavy carts
• Hot or cold temperatures and varying humidity levels
• Heat from ovens
• Moderate noise and compressed air requiring hearing protection
• Limited use of hand and air tools
• Chemicals used during production processes
• Potential splash exposure near process lines

Required protective equipment will be provided and must be worn as directed.
