Job Description

Job title – RA Specialist

Location – Beijing

Manage complex regulatory documentation requests for internal and external customers, on time and in accordance with our quality standards. Maintenance of compliance and customer services in food industry.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to regulatory documentation requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
  • Maintain and update regulatory compliance databases and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and regulatory readiness.
  • Prepare and review regulatory documents for nutrition products, including vitamins, lipids, carotenoids, HMOs, and other specialized ingredients.
  • Collaborate with global Regulatory Affairs teams and cross-functional departments to address customer inquiries and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a key user of regulatory digital platforms and CRM systems to support documentation management and regulatory operations.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support regulatory registration, advocacy, and compliance projects as required.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • 2–3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, preferably within the food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and documentation management processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other digital systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
