We are looking for a Senior R2R Analyst – General Ledger & Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end Record to Report processes, ensuring high‑quality financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and continuous improvement of R2R activities. You will act as a key finance partner to stakeholders and point of expertise for R2R processes. You will play a key role in the transition and stabilization of Record‑to‑Report processes into our newly established SSC.
As the role is part of a transition environment, hands-on experience in transition or migration projects is considered a valuable asset.
Work location: Łódź, city center
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
Take ownership and oversee end‑to‑end R2R activities, including complex journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Coordinate and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timeline and quality adherence, resolve complex accounting issues
Perform high‑level reviews of Balance Sheet and P&L accounts, including inventory accounting
Prepare and review Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, lead variance analysis and prepare clear explanations for stakeholders
Manage and resolve intercompany transactions and balance confirmations with counterparties
Prepare analytical reports and support financial reporting
Maintain R2R master data and fixed asset accounting in SAP for assigned entities
Oversee bank statement reconciliations and drive issue resolution
Act as a key contact for internal and external audits, providing explanations and documentation
Collaborate closely with local finance, SSC departments and other stakeholders as a subject‑matter expert
Ensure full compliance with company policies, accounting standards (IFRS), and service level agreements
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across R2R processes
Active involvement in strategic projects
Support process transitions and stabilization activities
Ensure robust, up‑to‑date documentation of all R2R processes
Support Junior Analysts and Analysts through daily cooperation and knowledge sharing
Education degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting
Strong background in Shared Service Centers, outsourcing, or complex international environments
Experience in process transitions and system migrations would be an asset
Deep understanding of accounting processes and IFRS
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
Familiar with Blackline and Service Now – finance platform would be an asset
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrates confident communication and a business‑partner mindset
Fluent verbal and written English
