About the role:

As an R2R Lead & Accounting Manager, you will lead the Record-to-Report function across the myPOS Group, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled financial reporting.

You will play a key role in the post-ERP go-live phase, focusing on stabilization, process adoption, and continuous improvement, while supporting further system enhancements and future developments in NetSuite.

This role includes active participation in the design and execution of the Finance Target Operating Model, ensuring scalable, controlled, and efficient processes across all entities, while also being closely involved in day-to-day operations.

As a senior member of the Accounting leadership team, this role acts as a trusted partner to the Head of Accounting, serving as an escalation point for complex matters and helping drive execution, alignment, and continuous improvement across the Accounting function.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report process across the Group

• Provide leadership continuity and decision support in the absence of the Head of Accounting.

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities

• Drive balance sheet integrity through strong reconciliation governance and controls

• Own post-go-live stabilization, adoption and continuous improvement in NetSuite

• Support ERP enhancements, rollouts and future developments

• Establish and enforce accounting policies, controls and governance frameworks

• Participate in the design and execution of the Finance Target Operating Model (processes, roles, governance)

• Act as an escalation point for accounting and operational topics across entities

• Lead and develop a multinational accounting team

• Drive accounting transformation, standardization and process harmonization initiatives

• Own and continuously improve the reconciliation framework and related technologies (BlackLine or similar)

• Define and monitor KPIs, driving quality, compliance, efficiency and automation

• Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Compliance and other teams

• Drive AI-driven transformation and integration across accounting processes to enhance efficiency, automation and scalability

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Strong experience in Record-to-Report, General Ledger, Financial Control or Accounting Operations leadership

• Experience leading senior accountants, team leads, or accounting managers within a complex multinational environment

• Proven track record in standardizing, transforming or improving accounting processes

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive decisions, and operate independently

• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and involvement in implementation or post-go-live environments

• Strong understanding of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls

• Experience with reconciliation and close management platforms such as BlackLine or similar

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in operations

• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills

• High ownership mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

• Fluent English
