1、本科及以上学历,3年以上快消行业特殊渠道/新渠道管理经验;
2、熟悉快消品市场,有特殊渠道/新渠道客户资源优先;
3、抗压能力强,果断、拥有必赢与坚韧的心态;
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧。
What will be your key responsibilities?
•挖掘玛氏休闲食品在交通渠道机会点和合作机会;
•配合公司销售指标制定合作方案,推动合作落地;
•负责辖下销售预测、制定销售计划,确保销售目标达成;
•分析和洞察外部市场趋势及客户痛点,基于客户需求推动内部跨部门合作,如联合产品、供应链团队为客户定制一体化方案,跟进订单、物流及售后全流程,保障合作体验;
•和区域销售同事密切合作;
