必需项： - 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业。 具备机器人相关项目经验，了解机器人运动学、视觉标定及位姿估计等基本知识，能与感知、控制团队顺畅协作。 - 有在真实机器人硬件上进行算法部署和调试的完整项目经验。 良好的代码与工程实践能力，积极主动，具备较强的实际问题解决和团队沟通能力。 优先项： - 具备机器人项目落地经验，熟悉工业项目流程，有大型项目交付经验者优先。 - 熟练运用计算机视觉技术解决机器人任务，包括：目标检测与识别、6D位姿估计等，并有相关项目实践。 - 扎实的强化学习基础，熟悉PPO、SAC等主流算法，能熟练使用PyTorch等框架进行工程实现。 - 拥有将视觉感知、状态估计与强化学习决策在实际机器人平台上整合调优的经验。 了解多传感器（视觉、力觉）融合在机器人控制中的应用。
