职位描述
1.参与预研项目研发设计阶段DFM评审，从制造可行性、装配工艺、效率、成本控制角度提出优化建议，推动设计迭代； 2.主导工程样件的装配工艺验证，制定工艺参数，输出工艺验证报告； 3.跟踪行业前沿制造技术（如精密注塑、粉末冶金齿轮、自动化装配、在线检测等），评估其在关节模组应用的可行性，主导技术验证与落地； 4.参与自动化产线方案设计，编写设备技术规格书，主导设备选型、调试、验收及爬坡支持； 5.建立并维护工艺参数库、失效模式库，推动工艺文件的标准化管理与赋能落地； 6.通过工艺改进、辅料替代、节拍优化等手段推动制造降本增效； 7.参与减速器壳体、齿轮、电机定转子等关键零部件的供应商工艺能力评估，审核PFMEA、CP及量产工艺文件；
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料成型、工业工程、机电一体化等相关专业； 2.5年以上精密机械、传动系统制造工程经验； 3.精通精密装配工艺，熟悉常见材料的机加工、热处理、表面处理工艺； 4.掌握PFMEA、控制计划、SOP等工艺文件的编制方法； 5.熟练使用CAD/SolidWorks/ProE等至少一款三维设计软件；
