Visión general y principales funciones

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de cotizaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al jefe de Inteligencia de Negocios, usted será responsable de apoyar al Área de Distribución, Área de Proyectos y a la Gerencia Comercial, para efectuar la preparación de ofertas como soporte a la fuerza de ventas.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Realizar cotizaciones técnico - comerciales asociadas a productos de stock y productos especiales.
• Coordinar con las diferentes áreas de la compañía para dar respuesta a tiempo a las cotizaciones.
• Efectuar seguimiento semanal del estado de las cotizaciones de los clientes.
• Seguimiento a plazo de entrega avisando al vendedor.
• Dar cumplimiento a los requisitos, normas, políticas y procedimientos de los sistemas de gestión. Además de velar por el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.
• Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía
• Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

• Ingeniero en ejecución industrial o eléctrico
• Experiencia de dos años en el área comercial o afines, en roles de cotizaciones y/o servicio al cliente.
• Conocimiento políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
• Idioma inglés nivel intermedio - avanzado (B2)
• MS Office nivel medio
• SAP nivel usuario

Team overview and job responsibilities

We are looking for a Quotation Engineer to join our team.

Based in the City of Santiago de Chile, reporting to the head of Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Area, the Project Area and the Commercial Management, to prepare offers to support the sales force.

Main Responsabilites

• Make technical and commercial quotes associated with stock products and special products.
• Coordinate with different department to deliver the quotes on time.
• Carry out weekly monitoring of the status of customer quotes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on stock availability, negotiated prices and technical information on the products.
• Follow-up of the delivery time notifying the seller.
• Comply with the requirements, standards, policies and procedures of the management systems. In addition to ensuring the fulfillment of its objectives.
• Comply with the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures
• Lead safety in the workplace, maintain safe behavior and commit to your safety and take it beyond the company.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

• Engineer in industrial, electrical or telecomunications execution
• Two years' experience in the commercial or related area, in quotations and/or Customer service.
• Knowledge of the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures.
• English language intermediate - Advanced level (B2)
• MS Office medium level
• SAP user level
